Order Shipping

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours maximum after receipt, provided that all ordered items are in stock.

During periods of high demand, some products may be temporarily out of stock. In such cases, we will contact the customer to inform them of the updated delivery timeframe.

Orders of 10 skeins or more may require a slightly longer preparation time, particularly if certain colors are in limited stock.

Delivery Times in France

Free delivery to pickup points via Mondial Relay or Chronopost Shop2Shop, except for bulk orders.
Average delivery time: 5–7 business days

Delivery times may be extended during holidays, the summer period, or in the event of adverse weather conditions.)

Home delivery via Colissimo: estimated delivery within 2 to 3 business days from the date the parcel is shipped.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Packaging and Parcels

A maximum of 36 skeins can be shipped per parcel.

For orders exceeding 36 skeins, shipping fees may be adjusted accordingly.
